If you have the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass, you can visit as many destinations as you like (either different cities within one country, or different countries), as long as it is not your home country. The only restriction you have is the amount of travel days (7 days within 1 month).
With the Fix pass, you can only travel to two destinations within the same country, or to two destinations in two different neighbouring countries maximum.
