If you have the DiscoverEU Interrail Pass, you can travel to as many cities and towns within one country as you like, as long as it is not your home country. The only restriction you have is the amount of travel days (7 days within 1 month).
With the Fix pass, you can only travel to two destinations within the same country, or to two destinations in two different countries.
