If you have received a DiscoverEU Interrail Pass and made a seat reservation, the below information will help you find out whether and how you can claim your reimbursement.
Reservations booked with Interrail
For reservations booked directly with Interrail, either through the Discover EU app or on the Interrail website, the procedure is the following:
- Log into your Interrail account on www.interrail.eu
- Click on 'Hi [your name]' on the top right, and go to your reservations overview.
- In your reservations overview you can see if a refund is allowed by clicking on the bin icon next to the seat reservation you would like to cancel.
Please note that most seat reservations are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
